TECHNIA strongly believe that we need to reduce our environmental impact by constantly improving our internal operations. Our quality policy provides guidance to continuously improve our processes, products and services in order to meet or exceed customer requirements.
TECHNIA is certified according to the ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 27001:2013. This guarantees that the way we work with quality and our environmental impact are continuously improved and objectively reviewed.
TECHNIA is in the process of implementing one global management system. During this process, there are local procedures in place until the final implementation is complete. The processes currently covered by our certifications include Sales, Product Development, Project Delivery and Training. We have also included our supporting processes in the management system, ensuring that all important aspects of TECHNIA’s operations are covered by our continuous improvement.
For us, customer interaction and input are vital for the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and the company as a whole. This is manifested by our frequent Customer Advisory Boards and is also built into our delivery processes through the agile methodology.

The system support and training that we provide to our customers in areas such as Materials Compliance Management and Direct Operational Efficiency, as well as the many successful PLM implementations that we have delivered, have had numerous environmental benefits. Examples of these benefits are reduced scrap and electronic documentation.
